Delivery of your products. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the delivery address indicated on your order. If no-one is available to take delivery of your products, our carrier will leave a card requesting you to telephone and arrange a suitable time and date for delivery. We will use our reasonable endeavors to dispatch your products within 48Hrs of the date of receiving payment. The delivery time will depend on the shipping option you have selected. If we are unable to ship your products to you within 14 days of receiving your payment, you will have the option to cancel your order and you will be refunded immediately.
Shipping method. Your order will be sent by best method determined by Gecko Gear. Shipping costs are dependant on the total weight of your items and destination. Packages shipped to destinations within Australia will usually arrive within seven days, while international deliveries usually take up to two weeks. ce
